Super Snake – Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Super Snake ("the game", "we") handles your information. Short version: the game does not collect, sell, or share your personal data.

1. Information stored on your device

To work, the game saves the following only in your device's local storage (on your phone or browser):

• Your player name, and an email address if you choose to enter one when creating a local account.
• Game progress: coins, items, skins, flags, achievements, and scores.
• Settings such as language, controls, sound, and graphics quality.
• In-game chat and inbox messages, which stay on your device.

This information is never sent to us or to any server. We cannot see it, and it does not leave your device.

2. Information we do not collect

• No location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access.
• No advertising, no ad tracking, and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics or third-party tracking tools.
• No real-money purchases at this time. Coins are earned by playing and have no cash value.

3. Hosting

The web version is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any website host, GitHub may log basic technical data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site. See GitHub's privacy statement for details.

4. Children

The game is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete all game data at any time by uninstalling the app, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

6. Changes

If the game adds features that change how data is handled (for example online play or in-app purchases), this policy will be updated before those features go live, and the date above will change.

سوبر سنيك – سياسة الخصوصية

توضح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل لعبة سوبر سنيك مع معلوماتك. باختصار: اللعبة لا تجمع بياناتك الشخصية ولا تبيعها ولا تشاركها.

1. المعلومات المحفوظة على جهازك

تحفظ اللعبة ما يلي في التخزين المحلي لجهازك فقط:

• اسم اللاعب، والبريد الإلكتروني إذا اخترت إدخاله عند إنشاء حساب محلي.
• تقدّمك في اللعبة: العملات، العناصر، الأشكال، الأعلام، الإنجازات، والنتائج.
• الإعدادات مثل اللغة، التحكم، الصوت، وجودة الرسوم.
• رسائل الدردشة وصندوق الرسائل داخل اللعبة، وتبقى على جهازك.

هذه المعلومات لا تُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي خادم، ولا نستطيع رؤيتها.

2. ما لا نجمعه

• لا وصول للموقع أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون.
• لا إعلانات ولا تتبع إعلاني.
• لا أدوات تحليل أو تتبع من أطراف ثالثة.
• لا مشتريات بأموال حقيقية حاليًا. العملات تُكسب من اللعب وليس لها قيمة نقدية.

3. الاستضافة

النسخة الإلكترونية مستضافة على GitHub Pages، وقد تسجّل GitHub بيانات تقنية أساسية (مثل عنوان IP) لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته.

4. الأطفال

اللعبة مناسبة لجميع الأعمار، ولأننا لا نجمع بيانات شخصية فإننا لا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات من الأطفال دون 13 سنة.

5. حذف بياناتك

يمكنك حذف كل بيانات اللعبة بحذف التطبيق، أو بمسح بيانات هذا الموقع من إعدادات المتصفح.

6. التغييرات

إذا أضفنا ميزات تغيّر طريقة التعامل مع البيانات (مثل اللعب عبر الإنترنت أو الشراء داخل التطبيق) سنحدّث هذه السياسة قبل إطلاقها.
